After graduating from Brock University in 2016, Karen went on the complete a diploma in Pedorthics from Western University including 3 placements in St. Thomas and Barrie. After working in the St. Catharines area for about 1.5 years, the opportunity came up to move back to Manitoulin Island and open the doors of Manitoulin Orthotic Centre in the fall of 2019. When not working at Manitoulin Orthotic Centre, Karen is also employed at Manitoulin Health Centre (Primarily the Little Current location in the Physiotherapy department) or is exploring the great outdoors with her husband and 2 kids.
